Pagsanjan Gorge & Falls
Shoot the rapids to the waterfalls! PAGSANJAN GORGE & FALLS (8 hrs).

Includes set lunch & canoe ride with cushion, life vest and hard hat rental.

After lunch at a resort, transfer to a dugout canoe for the trip to the falls. As your boatman starts rowing upstream the sight of lush greenery & towering cliffs unfold before you. The first fall is 20 minutes away. The second & main fall is a further 25 minutes away.
The water comes from 70 ft above. You can swim or ride a bamboo raft (PHP 100 per person) that will take you underneath the waterfall.

An exciting experience as you “shoot the rapids" Your boatman will skillfully maneuver the boat between the rocks & boulders until you reach the calm river of Pagsanjan.

Villa Escudero
Visit a real coconut plantation, ride a Water Buffalo drawn cart.

Includes welcome drink, museum (closed Monday), carabao cart ride & lunch.

Two & a half hours South of Manila is the historic Villa Escudero. This is a coconut plantation set in a grove of coconut palms. Green fields and mountains hark back to the days of the old plantation life.
Highlights of the tour are: Visit to the museum of historic, religious, pre-Hispanic & World War II artifacts. Carabao (Water Buffalo) drawn carts transport you to man-made waterfalls.

Lunch is served on tables set over a flowing stream. After lunch, move on to the pools for a swim. On weekends a spectacular cultural show is put on.

Hidden Valley Springs

Corregidor Island
Boat trip to view the site of the defense of Manila in WW2. A ‘must see’ for all American visitors.

Includes land transfer Manila hotel - pier - Manila hotel, round trip ferry, buffet lunch, entrance & terminal fee.

This guided tour explores the historic island of Corregidor. Located 25 miles West of Manila, Corregidor Island served as the harbor defense of Manila during the war.
Points of interest are:

Massive gun batteries.
The spooky remains of Mile Long Barracks.
The Pacific War Memorial.
The famous Malinta Tunnel where you can experience a Light and Sound Multi-vision Show.

From Manila, you board a 150 seat 25 knots boat, which will take you to the island in an hour. Upon arrival, visitors board the pre-war type streetcars called “tramvias” that will tour you around the island fortress.

Taal Volcano Crater Trek
Visit to the rim of the Taal Volcano crater!

Includes boat ride, lunch and guided tour.

Drive from Manila to Talisay, Batangas.

Board a motorized outrigger boat to Taal Volcano Island, 30 minutes away..
Walk (or donkey ride) up the soft black lava to the rim of the crater to have a close up view of the caldera

Return to the lakeside inn for a lunch.

Bring an extra set of clothes, hat and suntan lotion.

Mt. Pinatubo Volcano
In 1982, with only minimal warnings, the volcano erupted throwing ashes and pyroclastic materials as high as 50,000 ft. into the atmosphere.

Now considered to be the largest volcanic eruption of the 20th century, Mt. Pinatubo has fallen back to sleep, having left spectacular Lahar formations for miles around.
You may choose either to hike up to the Crater Lake (3 hrs each way) or use the 4x4 jeep most of the way and hike up and down the last 40 minutes.

Manila City Tour
Visit the attractions in the heart of Manila including Intramuros.

An introduction to Manila & its suburbs starting with Rizal Park and entering Fort Santiago. From the Walled City of Intramuros, proceed to downtown Manila across the Pasig River. Then on to Makati Commercial Center. Forbes Park and the Manila American Memorial Cemetery. Return to Manila for a trip to the reclaimed bay area and the Cultural Center Complex along Roxas Boulevard.
Ample time for shopping is provided before returning to the point of origin.

See the former US Naval Base, now a commercial Freeport Zone, in a running tour, also including:

The partly buried church of San Guillermo in Bacalor, Pampanga.
