Situated about 200 km south of Manila. It is near the fishing town of Sablayan, on Mindoro Occidental. It is a small private island with white sand beaches, clear waters and colorful corals. It is the nearest resort to Apo Reef, one of the best dive spots of the Philippines.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE ISLAND

By AIR and LAND: Daily flight Manila/ San Jose/Manila. Then, a 2hr.45 min jeepney ride takes you from San Jose airport to Sablayan and the boat to Pandan.

You can also go from Manila to Batangas by ferry via Abra de Ilog , then Jeepney to Sablayan.This is a 10 hours trip, more or less.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The resort offers a restaurant, a bar, cottages, different kinds of bungalows (standard with private bathroom and budget with communal bathroom, family bungalows with 2 or 3 rooms). The Island could accommodate up to 60 guests in all rooms. All rooms are built with native materials (bamboo, sawali, cogon) which are in harmony with the style of the island. Meals are set menus or buffet which are different everyday.

- Average flight price Mnl/San Jose/Mnl (RT) : 200 USD/pax (Subject to change depending on airlines and season. High season rates can reach 250 USD/pax).

Pandan has 2 boats: Karla can accommodate up to 5 divers; Pikoy can accommodate 6 divers or more.

(Note: Apo fees are not included and must be paid on site: $35 USD/diver and 10 USD/non-diver for 48 hours, rates as of June 2009, subject to change).
